Drinking

To keep hydrated it can be useful to build regular drinks into your daily routine. Over the next few days use the following resources to reflect on your drinking routine.


Recommendations are that we drink 6–8 glasses of fluid a day (water, fruit squash, tea, coffee and other beverages).

Use the chart below to record your drinking habits for the week.

Hydrating foods you could try:

  • Watermelon

  • Strawberries

  • Peaches

  • Oranges

  • Cucumber

  • Lettuce
