We are a group of occupational therapists, designers and researchers who have come together to share resources and activities that can help people with dementia to live well and continue doing the things that matter to them.
We know that not everyone can access group activities and support. That’s why we created this website – to make useful ideas, activities and resources available at home, whether you are living with dementia yourself or supporting a family member or friend.
The resources and activities you’ll find here have been developed, tried, tested and recommended with people living with dementia. There are lots of different things to explore, from conversation starters and creative activities to practical ideas for everyday life.
We hope you enjoy exploring the website. If you have an activity or resource you think we should include, we’d love to hear from you.

The following videos share a little bit about us and how to navigate the website:
“This website is perfect for my nursing students, to show them a series of resources, but also spark their own thinking, so that they could be creative around the framework the website gave them... The website is very accessible, the layout allows people, in a single view, to make decisions about what they want to pursue”
